The sample, held up against your own artwork
This is the moment an order turns on. Every clip below is a finished piece photographed in front of the customer’s drawing, still open on the screen behind it, before anything shipped.
- Judged against the drawing, not a description
- Sample photographs always include the artwork they came from, so you are comparing two pictures rather than reading a paragraph about how close it is.
- Six angles and a weight
- Front, back, both sides, top and base, plus the finished weight in grams. That is what tells you the fill is right before you approve two thousand of them.
- Changes are cheap now and expensive later
- Moving an eye two millimetres at sample stage costs a day. Moving it after bulk cutting costs the run. We would rather do three sample rounds than one remake.

What buyers actually ask us about
Very rarely the unit price on its own.
Pattern drafting, cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, needle detection, inspection and export packing all happen in our own workshop. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor we cannot walk into on a Tuesday afternoon — which is the only reason a fifth repeat order still matches the sample you approved two years earlier.
Someone redraws the pattern
A drawing is not a pattern. Two full-time pattern makers rebuild your artwork as flat panels so the silhouette still reads at 12 cm. That is what removes a sampling round, and a sampling round is two weeks.
You approve before we cut
Fabric swatches photographed beside your artwork, then the sewn sample shot from six angles and weighed. Bulk cutting starts when you write the word approved, and not a day earlier.
Safety is built in, not tested on
Locked-in eyes pull tested at 90 N, reinforced neck and limb seams, needle detection on every finished unit, PP fibre fill that meets EN71-3. Third-party lab reports arranged whenever your market needs them.
The same person answers every time
One contact from quotation to bill of lading, writing in your language. No handover to a shipping desk that has never seen your file and cannot tell you why a seam moved.
How an order actually runs
Seven stages, each ending with something you can look at before it moves on. The first four usually take about two weeks between them.
Quotation
Send artwork, a finished height and a rough quantity. Within 12 working hours you get a unit price at two or three quantity breaks, a fabric proposal and a lead time. No account needed, no minimum enquiry value.
Pattern drafting
A pattern maker rebuilds your character as flat panels, deciding where the seams fall so the silhouette survives at the finished size. This is the stage that decides whether the sample looks like your drawing.
Fabric and trim selection
We photograph shortlisted swatches beside your artwork in daylight and send them over. Pantone references where you have them; physical swatches couriered when the colour is critical.
Sample making
One sewn sample, photographed from six angles and weighed. Typically ready in 7 to 10 days. Most designs take one or two revisions after this, and each round is three or four days.

Minimum quantity, sample charges, artwork, testing and shipping.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- 100 pieces per design for most lines, and 500 for claw machine plush, where the price only works at volume. Different colourways of one pattern count towards the same 100, so a three-colour range at 40 pieces each is fine.
- How much does a sample cost?
- Between 50 and 150 USD depending on the size and how much decoration it carries, plus courier. The charge is deducted from your first bulk invoice, so an order that goes ahead ends up paying nothing for sampling.
- How long does everything take?
- Quotation within 12 working hours. First sample 7 to 10 days once the artwork is settled. Revisions three or four days each. Bulk 25 to 35 days from your written approval — longer between September and November, when everyone is building for the holidays.
- What does a plush toy actually cost?
- A 10 cm charm at a thousand pieces usually lands between 1.20 and 2.50 USD. A 25 cm stuffed animal between 3.50 and 7. Anything with removable clothing, wired limbs or heavy embroidery sits above that. We will not guess in public — send a drawing and a quantity and you get a real number.
